Bootcamp is just what I needed!!!

Every week is different so you never get bored. Mel is great and she really gets everyone's energy levels up as her enthusiasm rubs off on us. Everyone is nice and friendly and because it's all women Mel really focusing on what women want/need help with. The hour flys by and my body is really feeling the benefit. Already I feel stronger, fitter and firmer than before and it's only week 4. Thanks Mel xxx

At 64+ years old with a bad back and a dodgy knee, one would say I've lost my marbles joining a Bootcamp!

Now into week 5, I am loving it and although I do hurt I know it is because I am using weak muscle that has not been used since I last did Bootcamp some three/four years ago. Having explained this to Mel, she has assured me that she will give me alternative exercise to suit my needs and she said I need to listen and feel my own body and take it back as and when I struggle with particular exercise that she sets us. Mel is quite firm, as she needs to be, otherwise what's the point, but very encouraging and complimentary when we do well and really gives us all a boost with her enthusiasm and good knowledge of nutrition and healthy talks. Every session is varied and different so we never know what sights we are about to face until we get to Bootcamp, which is great as we are never bored and the exercises Mel sets give us a full, complete all round body workout. So come on all you "more mature ladies" if I can do then so can you, so come join us.
