I am so proud of myself, just fit into a dress that was tight when I first got it but decided to have it, determined to lose some weight. I've obviously lost something as I have managed to get it on and it doesn't feel tight - feels brilliant :) All down to (NU YU) Fit Camp and eating a lot better.

I am 3 stone 4lb lighter than I was 15 weeks ago, when I was wearing the only pair of jeans I had that would fit me! I decided that I had to change, not just my life style but my family's. Then I joined NU YU Boot Camp which gave me the motivation to do more and realise that exercise is fun ann rewarding.

The group is great and the girls are amazing and without the Fit Camp I really don't think I would've got to where I am right now. So thanks to Mel who is supportive and is a great trainer. I still have a long way to go but at least I'm half way there - bring it on!!!

Bootcamp is just what I needed!!!

Every week is different so you never get bored. Mel is great and she really gets everyone's energy levels up as her enthusiasm rubs off on us. Everyone is nice and friendly and because it's all women Mel really focusing on what women want/need help with. The hour flys by and my body is really feeling the benefit. Already I feel stronger, fitter and firmer than before and it's only week 4. Thanks Mel xxx

I decided to join boot camp after I had been very ill and needed to build my strength and confidence with exercise again!!!

Mel is fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, motivating -all the things to make you feel better about yourself! The fellow boot campers are all lovely ladies and we all work so well together with Mel's guidance and expertise!
No week is ever the same which keeps it interesting and we exercise all parts of the body and learn about nutrition, share our food thoughts so we can all get that information of what we need to stay healthy.
If you want to have fun , feel fit and healthy stronger and happier come along to bootcamp, you won't regret it!

I've just completed week 3 of Bootcamp and I'm LOVING IT!

Mel is fantastic - she's lovely, genuinely caring and really has FUN with us too. Bootcamp itself is fab. It's really varied which keeps things interesting each week and if you throw yourself into it, you can really feel it working! Mel spreads great energy and makes me feel really enthusiastic. At the end of each session, I always want to carry on!!

Beyond the Bootcamp, Mel gives 'sciency' advice... She teaches you about your body, how your muscles work and the impact of foods/fats etc. She also gives us nutritional advice and tips every week. These parts are all quite eye opening and I'm learning so much - finding out things I've never known and it is really changing my eating habits, my views on food, and exercise/weight loss thoughts...all for the better! THANKS MEL...bring on week 4! : )

At 64+ years old with a bad back and a dodgy knee, one would say I've lost my marbles joining a Bootcamp!

Now into week 5, I am loving it and although I do hurt I know it is because I am using weak muscle that has not been used since I last did Bootcamp some three/four years ago. Having explained this to Mel, she has assured me that she will give me alternative exercise to suit my needs and she said I need to listen and feel my own body and take it back as and when I struggle with particular exercise that she sets us. Mel is quite firm, as she needs to be, otherwise what's the point, but very encouraging and complimentary when we do well and really gives us all a boost with her enthusiasm and good knowledge of nutrition and healthy talks. Every session is varied and different so we never know what sights we are about to face until we get to Bootcamp, which is great as we are never bored and the exercises Mel sets give us a full, complete all round body workout. So come on all you "more mature ladies" if I can do then so can you, so come join us.

After years of exercise and diet battles I have finally found something I love.

Boot camp is not only fun and energising but it has squashed lots of diet misconceptions I have struggled with for years. Mel is a fountain of knowledge on all things "healthy" and I can seriously say it has changed the way I eat, renewed my energy and made me feel about a million times better than I have since I was a teenager dancing the calories off in the nightclubs!!!! Well done Mel, and thank you!
